4 tblspn cold water
250 g strawberries, ripe and tasty
4 tblspn caster sugar
3 tblspn lemon juice
125 ml cream
cream and extra strawberries for garnish
Soak gelatine in water for a couple of minutes, melt and add to blender with all other ingredients and combine well. Pour into serving glasses and chill until set.
Garnish and serve.
