1 c sugar
2 or 3 bananas (preferably over ripe)
2 tbspn milk
1.5 c plain flour
1 tspn bicarbonate of soda
1 tspn baking powder
Prepare a 20-cm. Springform pan by lining the base with baking paper and butering the sides well.
Preheat oven to 170 degrees C.
Add butter, sugar, egg, bananas and milk to the processor bowl and process until well combined.
Open cover and add remaining ingredients and process once more, just until combined.
Scrape into prepared cake pan and cook for 30 to 40 minutes.
Ice with vanilla butter cream icing, sprinkled lightly with ground cinnamon.
